Kristian Bonk is a Los Angeles native who boasts over 24 years of professional real estate experience. Kristian embarked on a career in Real Estate in 1997 by assisting launch high profile LA realty firm Fred Sand’s flagship Hancock Park/Larchmont Village office. In 1998 he joined top real estate agent, Rory Posin, through commitment, hard work and dedication. The Rory Posin & Kristian Bonk team quickly became the leading real estate group in West Los Angeles and Cheviot Hills, a designation it enjoys today.

Our company took pictures of our team last week. I can’t help but feel so lucky. My business partner Kristian Bonk started as my assistant 24 years ago and my office manager Ashley Worman has run the inside of our office for 13 years. What makes our team unusual is that we are truly best friends. Weekends, vacation, all the time and every day we talk and text with each other not about business but more often all the silly stuff that is happening. Our text chat group name is “The 3 Amigos”. I believe the relationship between us is the root of our success.
Born and raised on the Oregon Coast where she first worked for a legal firm before pursuing her interest in real estate and joining a title and escrow company, Ashley has been a resident of Los Angeles since 2005. She began her career with Re/Max Commercial Brokerage in West Los Angeles. Soon thereafter she relocated to Re/Max Beverly Hills where she was the Executive Office Administrator and met nationally recognized in Rory Posin and Kristian Bonk's Team. She then returned to West Los Angeles, acquired her California Real Estate Sales License and joined.
Ashley runs the daily office operations for the team, as well as internet marketing, social media and IT. She is fluent in the financial aspects of the real estate industry and enjoys the personal interaction of the buying and selling process. Her responsibilities include representing Buyers, leasing, listing & escrow management, contracts/disclosures, private showings and open houses.

Originally from Iowa City, Iowa, Emory moved to Los Angeles to study biochemistry at the University of California Los Angeles. After graduating, he decided to move his focus to real estate and started working for DBL Realtors. A few months later he received his California real estate license and was quickly promoted to Office Administrator of Sotheby’s International Realty. After Sotheby's, he worked as the Marketing Director for Worldwide Real Estate in Beverly Hills for over a year.
The positions vastly strengthened his knowledge of real estate transactions and marketing techniques, giving his clients an edge in the market place. He now works for Re/Max Beverly Hills and represents buyers and sellers on the Westside of Los Angeles and the San Fernando Valley.
